About this file

This Statement of Work outlines requirements for a 10-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for vehicle maintenance and repair services across eight states in Region 6 (Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, and Utah) or within 150 miles of vehicle location for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.

The scope includes diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs for all vehicle operating systems, including fluid and filtration services, electronics, coolant systems, hydrostatic systems, steering/brake components, engine/powertrain, paint/body, glass, and undercarriage work. Vendors must provide estimates before performing work and can complete services either in-shop or in the field. Purchase limitations are set at $2,500 per call for field station personnel, with higher amounts requiring additional BPA regulations. Authorized callers include Region 6 FWS employees with government purchase/fleet card training, Budget Specialists, and warranted contracting officers. The related pre-solicitation notice indicates this will be a multiple-award BPA open to businesses of all sizes under NAICS 811111 (General Automotive Repair) with a $9M size standard.
