About this opportunity
The Department of the Interior Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking multiple vendors for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide comprehensive vehicle repair and maintenance services for Region 6, covering Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, and Utah. Services include fluid and filtration services, electronics, coolant systems, hydrostatic systems, steering/brake components, engine/powertrain maintenance, paint/body work, glass replacement, undercarriage services, and purchase of repair/replacement parts for any vehicle operating system. Vendors must submit signed Form 1449 and SF-30 with CAGE code, provide a statement confirming vehicle repair capabilities with certified mechanics, submit hourly labor rates for in-shop repairs and potentially for diagnostics and travel, and specify the geographic areas where work can be performed. The evaluation will be based on technical acceptability (demonstrating repair capability and certified mechanics) and price fairness. The current response deadline is October 16, 2025, following multiple extensions from the original March 2025 posting date.
This solicitation does not utilize any set-aside designations and is unrestricted, though 20% of BPA awards are reserved for small businesses. No incumbent contractors are specifically identified in the available documentation. The total authorized ceiling across all awarded BPAs is $12,000,000, with each individual BPA call limited to $7,500,000. The contract period of performance spans 10 years from October 6, 2025, to October 5, 2035, representing a multiple award BPA structure where several vendors will be selected to compete for individual task orders. Work must be performed within the eight-state Region 6 territory or within 150 miles of a vehicle's location, with vendors required to specify their service areas as part of their technical submission.
