The Contractor shall submit all questions and concerns in writing via email to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist, Lian Pino at lian.pino.civ@mail.mil and anthony.s.mosley.civ@mail.mil no later than Monday, 03 July 2017 at 4:30 p.m. (EST). The email shall be entitled "Questions for Solicitation W91QEX-17-R-0007". The body of the email shall be numbered per question and contain questions in a clear and concise manner with specific reference to the page number and section of the solicitation, if applicable. No questions will be answered if received after 4:30 p.m. (EST) on 03 July 2017.


Answers shall be provided as an amendment to the solicitation notice as issued via FedBizOpps (FBO) website and
shall be structured as an all inclusive question/answer document encompassing all of the Contractor's questions and the Government's responses to those questions. No questions or answers shall contain any proprietary information, Contractor's names, or otherwise identifying information. When responding to questions, the Government will submit the questions as they were written verbatim if possible; however, if the Contracting Officer determined there are redundant questions, they contain any proprietary information, Contractor's names, contain grammar or spelling
errors, or otherwise contain identifying information, the Contract Specialist will redact, re-summarize, and/or
exclude redundancies accordingly.


Should the Contracting Officer feel it is necessary, The Government may issue an amendment to add an additional
question and answer period anytime throughout the duration of the Solicitation.

The contractor shall provide technical, operational, command control, and other non-personnel services, to include: Senior Contract Program Manager, Battlewatch Section Support Team, AT/FP Threat Support Analyst, SOCSOUTH DRRS Specialist, SOUTHCOM DRRS Team, Battlewatch Supervisor, Global Force Management team, Property Support Manager, Regional Fusion Cell Team. Support services shall be provided not only to US Special Operations entities but also other participating federal agencies.

This will be a 8(a) set aside procurement under NAICS Code 561110. The government anticipates a contract award of a Firm Fixed price contract with a cost reimbursable CLIN for surge hours, travel, and government required training. The complete Solicitation with the Performance Work Statement is forthcoming. Offerors should refer to the solicitation for details regarding the requirements.

The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Period of 9 months to include four
(4) 12 month options. The work to be performed under this contract will primarily be performed at Headquarters SOCSOUTH, 29401 SW125th Ave. Bldg 600, Homestead Air Reserve Base (HARB), and Homestead, Florida 33039-0001. SOUTHCOM DRRS Support Team will solely perform functions at Headquarters, US Southern Command, 9301 NW 33rd St, Doral, FL 33172.
