Vendors must also comply with Defense Health Agency cybersecurity requirements and ensure any products maintain authorization to operate through the Risk Management Framework process for the six year period of performance.

Solicitation W81K00-22-Q-0109 was issued on Thursday, 14 July 2022. Offers are due by 28 July 2022, 1:00 PM, Central Standard Time (unless extended via amendment). Offers shall be submitted via e-mail to Medina.L.Woodson.civ@mail.mil and
Randall.P.Cummins.civ@mail.mil. Quotes received after the deadline will be considered untimely and will not be
eligible for award.

The deadline for questions is 21 July 2022, 4:00 PM, Central Standard Time (questions submitted 
after this answered). All questions must be submitted in writing to Medina.L.Woodson.civ@mail.mil 
and Randall.P.Cummins.civ@mail.mil.

Complete SF 1449: Blocks 12, 17 (to include CAGE code and DUNS number), 30A - C Complete SF 30: 
Blocks 8, 15A - C (for all amendments issued, if any) Point of Contact Information (Name, Telephone 
Number, Fax Number, and Email) Statement that the offeror will hold its quote firm for at least 90 
days from the due date for receipt of quotes, subject to any changes that may occur as a result of 
discussions (if applicable).
