The U.S. Army, 409th Contracting Support Brigade, Theater Contracting Center, Unit 23156, APO, AE 09054-3156, has a requirement for non-personal guard services for equipment and personnel until completion of follow on contract award. Any interested parties must meet Security Level A requirements. Monitor security sensors and have personnel positioned to perform security functions for protecting a site in Israel from 29 OCT 2017- 30 APR 2018 with 4 anticipated option periods. Provide and maintain security force to execute their task. The Contractor must have a SECRET facility clearance and all personnel must have a secret clearance. This is a follow on acquisition for contract W564KV-13-C-0016. There will be an anticipated Mobilization Period from 29 OCT 2017- 1 JAN 2017.
A firm fixed price (FFP), single award commercial contract is intended to be used to fulfill this requirement. Complete details will be given in Request for Proposal (RFP) W564KV-17-R-0023 to be released to Federal Business Opportunities website (FedBizOps), on or about 15 Aug 2017. This acquisition is being procured on a full and open competition basis with no set aside using Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and Part 15 procedures.
