The estimated contract price range is CAD $55,000-$75,000, with all pricing to be submitted in Canadian dollars as separate line items for labor, materials, overhead, and VAT. Work must be performed exclusively on weekends or U.S. holidays between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, with one floor upgraded per weekend or holiday period. Qualified contractors must be licensed electrical contractors registered with the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA), ECRA, ECAT, or ACP-Authorized Contractor Program with a minimum of 15 years' experience, $2 million liability insurance, valid Workplace Safety and Insurance Board certification, and relevant safety training certifications.
