About this opportunity

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Northwestern Division seeks to award a non-personal services contract to provide a regional leadership development program. The selected contractor must develop and administer a transformational one-year program for 12 Corps employees, including instruction, assessments, individual development plans, and program evaluation. Proposals are due by March 15, 2023 and will be evaluated based on relevant experience delivering executive coaching and leadership development programs to federal agencies over the past two years. The base period of performance is May 2023 through May 2024, with options for three additional one-year cohorts.

This requirement has been set aside for woman-owned small businesses. The contractor must provide the program across the division's districts in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Montana, as well as two sessions in Washington D.C. annually over the one base and three option years. There is no incumbent, and the anticipated contract value including options is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 to be awarded by mid-April 2023. NAICS code 611430 for Professional and Management Development Training and PSC code R499 for Other Professional, Administrative and Management Support Services apply.
