The solicitation closes on March 6, 2026, with an anticipated delivery date of July 27, 2026.
This is not a set-aside procurement, and the Coast Guard anticipates awarding the contract on a sole-source basis to Airbus Helicopters Inc., though all responsible sources are invited to submit quotations. The procurement involves five required units with an optional quantity of up to ten additional units that may be exercised within one year of award at the quoted unit price. The contract will be structured as a firm-fixed price purchase order with delivery on an FOB Destination basis to the USCG Aviation Logistics Center Receiving Section at 1664 Weeksville Road, Elizabeth City, North Carolina 27909-5001. Quotations must remain valid for 120 calendar days, and contractors must provide electronic invoicing with payment by electronic funds transfer within five days of shipment.
