The contractor must perform initial inspection and documentation of all units and an initial deep clean with power washing for two units at the Golf Course Club House. Off-cycle servicing is available for special events such as golf tournaments. A special cleaning and storage preparation is required after Coast Guard Day festivities conclude on August 1, 2026.

Technical evaluation requires a capability statement not exceeding five pages demonstrating capability to service portable toilets, evidence of environmentally compliant waste disposal, and informal documentation is acceptable. Solicitation Amendment 1, effective May 8, 2026, deleted the requirement for the contractor to provide eight portable toilets and extended the due date. The contracting officer is Robbin Kessler.
