Document Type: Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract (Standard Form 30)
This Amendment #01, effective May 8, 2026, modifies solicitation 31140PR260000016 issued by USCG Base Kodiak for portable toilet maintenance and servicing services. The amendment addresses nine questions received from prospective offerors and revises the Statement of Work to clarify that the government will provide all portable toilets, with the contractor responsible only for maintenance and servicing. The amendment also deletes the evaluation criterion requiring contractors to provide eight portable toilets for the full performance period and replaces it with "RESERVED." The quote submission deadline has been extended to May 13, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Prospective offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the submission deadline through one of three specified methods to avoid rejection of their offers.
The contract covers a new service requirement for the period May 15, 2026, through October 30, 2026, with potential on-call services needed until November 30, 2026. Payment will be made monthly via the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) for services provided. Key clarifications address that the contractor shall service units every 14 days unless off-cycle servicing is required (in which case the government will contact the vendor directly), technical capability statements may be submitted on company letterhead and need not exceed five pages, and informal documentation is acceptable for demonstrating environmentally compliant waste disposal. The contracting officer is Robbin Kessler.
