The final Technical Data Packages are available by submitting a request to the Contracting Officer, russell.walter.1@us.af.mil and the Contract Specialist, aaron.parr.1@us.af.mil. Contractors are required to submit a signed nondisclosure form to receive this TDP. If offerors still have the nondisclosure form from a previous TDP request, it is acceptable to resubmit that form with a revised signature date accompanying the request.
Draft RFP questions and answers will be posted prior to 24 Jul 14. The RFP is anticipated to release by 31 Jul 14.

The purpose of this update is to post the synopsis for T-38C Pacer Classic III Aircraft Modification Kits. Details of the synopsis are included in the attachment.
The RFP is anticipated to be released in July 2014. Depending on when complete, offerors will be notified when the revised Technical Data Packages are available. If TDP are not available prior to RFP release, they will be released in conjunction with the RFP.

Industry Day is planned 20-21 May 2014 at Hill AFB, Utah.

This Request for Information (RFI) is issued pursuant to FAR 52.215-3 -- Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes.
The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this solicitation or to otherwise pay for the information solicited except as an allowable cost under other contracts as provided in subsection 31.205-18, Bid and proposal costs, of the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
