Northrop Grumman Technical Services Data Rights

Northrop Grumman maintains ownership of data rights on numerous F5/T38 parts for the Pacer Classic III. Access to design specifications as well as the manufacture of these parts will be required in order to perform the anticipated effort. Therefore, it will be required that the awardee enter into various agreements with Northrop Grumman in order to gain access to data.

Please note that Northrop Grumman will not enter into an exclusive agreement with any potential bidder. Each bidder will be required to enter into a Data Rights Agreement with Northrop Grumman which will be valid only to the successful bidder. To ensure fairness to all bidders, the Agreement will contain the same terms and conditions and shall not be modified/negotiated. Each bidder shall also be required to enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement with Northrop Grumman, to be negotiated between the parties prior to obtaining any data rights information. The contractual point of contact at Northrop Grumman for this effort is Mr. Peter Washburn. He may be reached by phone at (801) 774-3179 or by email at peter.washburn@ngc.com.
