Nebraska Avenue Complex (NAC), is a security level five, 37 acre campus located in the NW corner of the District Of Columbia. It consists of approximately 30 buildings with 600,657 gross square feet and all supporting infrastructure to include over 1000 surface parking spaces. The Navy turned the campus over to GSA just after the 911 terrorist attacks and GSA has managed the property for the Department of Homeland Security customer since 2003.
