These databases include individual-level healthcare claims, health and productivity management, laboratory results, and health risk assessment data, spanning over 273 million covered lives since 1995. The government intends to award a sole source order to Merative US L.P. for a base year plus two option years. A notice of intent to sole source has been published, and interested parties may submit capability statements and pricing information within 10 days for consideration in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
This procurement has no set-aside designation, and Merative US L.P. is the intended sole source contractor. The total contract value is not provided, but the contract line items cover various components of the MarketScan Research Databases. The period of performance includes a 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods, with the place of performance being Atlanta, GA.
