NOTICE OF AWARD
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration hereby awards a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract entitled, "Multi-Method Consumer Perception Investigations." The total not-to-exceed amount ceiling is $31,000,000.00 over a five year ordering period.. Awarded Vendors: Battelle Memorial Institute. Contract Award Dollar Amount: Not-To-Exceed $31,000,000.00. Contract Award Date: 2019-09-13.

Amendment 1: The FDA received the attached questions prior to the close of the question period. The questions and answers are provided in Amendment 1. Attachment 2 (Pricing Worksheet) from the original solicitation was edited in response to questions received. "Amendment 1 - Revised Attachment 2 - Pricing Worksheet" is attached herein.
Offerors are required to submit the signed form 30 for Amendment 1 with their proposal confirming receipt of this amendment information.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration intends to award a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for services in support of the requirement entitled, "Multi-Method Consumer Perception Investigations."
