About this opportunity
The U.S. Coast Guard, under the Department of Homeland Security, is seeking quotations for MH-65 spare parts through solicitation number 70Z03826QB0000061, specifically part number 365A75-2379-03 (NSN 1650-14-388-5947), a support component for helicopter systems. All parts must be new manufactured commercial items with clear traceability to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Airbus Helicopters, France (CAGE Code F0210) or OEM-approved sources. The solicitation employs a competitive award methodology based on two primary evaluation criteria: Technical Acceptability and Price, with only the lowest-priced offer initially undergoing technical evaluation; if that offer fails to meet acceptability standards, evaluation continues sequentially through lower-priced offers until an acceptable bid is identified. Quotations must be firm for 60 calendar days from the offer receipt date, with delivery required by July 27, 2026. The deadline for submitting quotations is March 6, 2026, just three days after the posting date of March 3, 2026.
This is an unrestricted solicitation with no set-aside designation, open to all responsible sources including small businesses with the size standard set at 1,250 employees. The base requirement consists of 5 units with an optional quantity of up to 15 additional units (maximum total of 20 units) exercisable within one calendar year of purchase order award at the quoted unit price. The award will be made on a firm-fixed price basis as a competitive purchase order, though no specific budget range or award value has been disclosed in the solicitation documents. Delivery is requested F.O.B. Destination unless F.O.B. Origin is specified with estimated shipping costs included, and all shipments must be directed to the USCG Aviation Logistics Center in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, with invoices submitted electronically to ALC-Fiscal@uscg.mil.
