The US Army Corps of Engineers - Portland District will solicit a Request for Proposals (RFP) to acquire Master Planning services.
This requirement will be satisfied through commercial item competition procedures to establish an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). The MATOC pool will consist of no more than three responsible small businesses. The MATOC pool will have a maximum capacity of $5,500,000.00. Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) task orders (TO) will be competed amongst MATOC pool members over the three year life of the IDIQ.
Work locations will be within U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Portland District (NWP), Seattle District (NWS), and Walla Walla District (NWW).
