This solicitation uses no set-aside designation and reflects a justification for other than full and open competition based on brand name authority, with CHAND Corporation LLC identified as the suggested source. The estimated contract value is $46,625.00 for the 100-unit purchase, with delivery required by May 28, 2026 on an F.O.B. Destination basis to the USCG Surface Forces Logistics Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Items must be individually packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E Method 10, placed in ASTM-D5118 double-wall fiberboard boxes, and marked per MIL-STD-129 with ISO/IEC-16388-2007 Code 39 barcode symbology, with failure to comply resulting in warehouse rejection and return shipment. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 335132 (Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional Electric Lighting Fixture Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 750 employees.
