About this opportunity

There are no specific set-aside designations for this contract, which falls under NAICS category 51711 for Wired and Wireless Telecommunications Carriers. The solicitation will be electronically submitted to KampalaBid@state.gov, with a 30MB per email submission limit and potential for multiple email submissions. While specific award values are not disclosed in the pre-solicitation notice, the contract will be managed by Contracting Officer Emilia R. Dominguez and Procurement Assistant Simon Peter Kamoga at the U.S. Embassy in Kampala. The pre-solicitation notice is currently archived with an expiration date of April 30, 2026, giving potential contractors ample time to prepare their proposals and ensure SAM registration. A pre-quotation conference is planned, with specific details to be outlined in the full solicitation when issued.
