The Department of the Army Materiel Command Army Contracting Command is seeking a contractor for Hazardous Waste Management services at USAG Daegu in Korea. While specific award values are not disclosed, the contract falls under NAICS category 562112 for Hazardous Waste Collection and PSC category S216 for Facilities Operations Support. The place of performance is specifically USAG Daegu, located in Korea, which introduces unique contractual requirements due to the U.S.-ROK Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA). Contractors must be prepared to navigate complex international business regulations and demonstrate substantial capability to operate within the Korean legal and business environment. The procurement appears focused on comprehensive waste management services for a U.S. military installation, requiring precise technical and administrative compliance with both U.S. military and Korean governmental standards.
