All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted by Friday, August 7, 2015. The Government reserves the right not to provide responses for any questions after this date. If however, in the Government's opinion, the questions cite an issue of significant importance, the Government may provide written responses to the offerors.

Added: Jun 17, 2015 6:08 pm Modified: Jul 07, 2015 2:21 pmTrack Changes The US Coast Guard Infrastructure Logistics Center (SILC), Norfolk, VA has a requirement for providing Grounds Maintenance Services at U.S. Coast Guard Sector San Diego, San Diego, CA. The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, supervision, materials, supplies, tools, transportation and equipment, and other items necessary to perform grounds maintenance services. The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining approximately 22 acres of improved grounds divided between two locations, Coast Guard Sector San Diego and Coast Guard Senior Housing, Pt Loma. These locations are 8 miles apart. Grounds maintenance services shall include mowing, debris removal, edging, trimming, pruning, replacement of vegetation, weed control, fertilization, grounds clearing, service work, sprinkler maintenance, and other efforts necessary to promote proper health, growth, color and appearance of ground cover and other vegetation. This requirement will be a 100% HubZone Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 561730. The Small Business Size Standard is $7.5 Million. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available, on or about 8 July 2015, by accessing Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov. All firms will be responsible for obtaining the RFP from this site. The RFP shall include a base year, 1 October 2015 through September 30, 2016, plus four one-year option periods.
