AMENDMENT 06

Amendment 06 provides the following:

(a) Questions & Answers as follows:

1. Question:PWS Sections 3.1.14 and 3.2.12 specify vertical travel for both the X-Ray tube head and the imaging panel. Will vertical movement of the conveyor be acceptable instead of moving the tubehead and panel?

Answer: No, vertical movement of the conveyor is not acceptable.

2. Question:PWS Section 3.6.1 requires a rotation of 90 degrees that "shall not be done manually". PWS Section 3.9.8 requires rotation of +/- 30 degrees = 360 degrees continuous. How is +/- 30 degrees related to equaling 360 degrees?

Answer:In regard to Section 3.9.8: This section requires 360 degrees rotation continuous of the part. Disregard the optional +/-30 degrees in this Section. In regard to Section 3.6.1: Disregard "then the round shall be rotated 90 degrees and reshot". The requirement is the ability to rotate the part continuously 360 degrees.

(b) Updated Floor Plan with Comments, to reflect where the system can be placed, and what doorways/openings may be used for the conveyor (At Attachment 0008).

(c) Picture of Doorways and Tunnel where the x-ray cabinet will go behind, with Comments (At Attachment 0009)

(d) Revised Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 15 August 2016 at Attachment 0010.This revised PWS replaces the PWS dated 4 August 2016 at Attachment 0006. All references to "PWS" within this Solicitation refers to the latest (15 Aug 2016) PWS.

Update #6 ·

AMENDMENT 05

Amendment 05 provides the following Questions & Answers:

1. Question: Reference PWS dated 4 Aug 2016, Section 11, Electromagnetic Environmental Effects Report: We intend to comply with this requirement by providing our standard CE certificate document that shows compliance to Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Directive 2014/30/EU. Is this an acceptable approach to fulfilling this requirement?

Answer: No, a standard CE certificate is not acceptable. The report must specifically address/fulfill each requirement within Section 11 of the PWS.

2. Regarding PWS dated 4 Aug 2014, Section 3.9.8, Tilting Requirement -

Question (a): What does Crane want to tilt? The actual mortar artillery round itself, while inside the part fixture (not advisable given the upright nature of the round)? The x-ray tube? The detector? Both the x-ray tube and detector?

Answer: Both the x-ray tube and the detector shall tilt. The actual mortar artillery round shall not tilt.

Question (b): Does the tilting need to be motorized, or is manual adjustment acceptable?

Answer: Tilting shall be motorized. Manual adjustment is not acceptable.

3. Regarding PWS dated 4 Aug 2014, Section 3.9.8, Horizontal Travel Specification -
