Contractors interested in this opportunity have until April 24, 2025, at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time to submit electronic capability statements to Sonya.L.Maxwell@dea.gov. While the notice indicates a sole source intent with Dedrone Defense Inc., the DEA will consider capability statements from other vendors who can demonstrate their ability to fulfill the contract requirements. The government retains sole discretion in determining whether to open the requirement to competition based on the submitted statements. Potential contractors should note that this is not a competitive quotation request, and no Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be made available.
