Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to complete JFSD201509, Demolish RAPCON B635 & Secondary Fire Station B657 at Grand Forks AFB, ND in strict accordance with the technical specifications and drawings. The work associated with this project includes, but is not limited to, Demolition, removal, and disposal which includes removal, and disposal of concrete, masonry/block, steel and wood structures. Demolition includes removing structures, backfilling void and compacting to specification requirements. Landscaping services, placement of new concrete and bituminous asphalt, installation of light poles, and removal of all existing wires and conduit and all other support construction as required.
Notice to offeror(s)/supplier(s): funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the government cancels this solicitation, the government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
The construction period of performance for the project is 100 days with a winter exclusion period of 1 Nov - 15 Apr shall apply
Contractor shall hold prices until 31 December 2015.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238910 with a size standard of $15.0M.
This acquisition will be solicited 100% small business set-aside. All contractors MUST be registered in the SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) database or their proposal WILL NOT be considered for award. Contractors can obtain further information on the SAM database at the website https://www.sam.gov. This solicitation will only be available by downloading the solicitation and http://www.fedbizopps.gov. No paper copies or CD-ROMS will be issued.
