About this opportunity
The Federal Bureau of Investigation seeks to procure compact Individual First Aid Kits to support its Active Shooter initiative and agent training programs. The pre-assembled IFAK kits must contain specified branded medical supplies and equipment and fit within the provided size specifications. Capability statements are requested by March 1, 2024 from original equipment manufacturers demonstrating experience in providing such kits. Selected vendors will present product demonstrations on April 3-4, 2024 at Marine Corps Base Quantico, to which the FBI may issue future competitive solicitations to meet its need for approximately 2,000-4,000 IFAK bags annually.
There is no set-aside designation for this requirement. The solicitation pertains to NAICS 335911 and PSC 6510, with the potential award value ranging from $2-8 million over multiple years based on procuring 2,000-4,000 kits. No incumbent or current contractors are identified, though responses to this pre-solicitation notice will help the FBI further define its needs.
