This is a combined synopsis solicitation for the U.S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) for an individual instructor for CES Recertification IED Electronics Instructor for the ATF National Center for Explosives Training and Research (NCETR) based on knowledge and experience. Course participants will cover a broad range of students.
ATF intends to award a single award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for CES Recertification IED Electronics Instructor. "The BPA will be covering a five-year period that will be available for placing calls/orders for services at ATF National Center for Explosives Training and Research (NCETR) located in Huntsville, AL.
Please note that a BPA is not a contract. A BPA is a streamlined method for acquiring services on an as-needed basis from qualified sources that are readily available and services and thus eliminate the need for repetitive costly re-procurements. There is no minimum or maximum guaranteed quantity. All calls/orders must be acknowledged by the selected vendor/instructor in order to be retained on the ATF BPA calling list.
Amendment #1 is here by issued to correct the name of the original combine / synopsis solicitation attachment from DJA-16-AHDQ-R-0026 CES Recertification IED Electronics Posted Dec 29 2016 to the correct date and name DJA-16-AHDQ-R-0026 CES Recertification IED Electronics Posted Dec 29 2015. Note: The original attachment will remain within this notice only change is the actual name of the PDF file Dec 29 2015 versus Dec 29 2016. All other terms and conditions will remain the same.
