The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Plains Area is seeking offers for a bathroom renovation project at the USDA Center for Grain and Animal Health Research (CGAHR) facility in Manhattan, Kansas. The scope of work includes demolition and installation of new plumbing, fixtures, tile, and finishes to renovate two bathrooms. This is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a performance period of 45 days after award. Attendance at a mandatory site visit on June 21, 2024 at 10:00 AM Central Time is required to submit an offer, with registration due by June 20, 2024 at 9:00 AM Central Time. Proposals are due by July 15, 2024. The procurement requires the use of biobased products to the extent they are reasonably available, meet performance standards, and are reasonably priced.
