Update #2 · Latest ·

The USAF is looking to establish a 10-year contract for the sustainment of Aircraft Engine Test Stands.

The Engine Test Stand (ETS) system has two different top-level configurations: the T-20 and the T-21 series. The T-20 test stand supports testing, at the Field and Intermediate Maintenance Level, of turbojet and turbofan aircraft engines that exist in the Air Force inventory to evaluate problems so that repairs can be accomplished and perform production runs after repairs are complete. The T-21 test stands accomplish the same objective for T56 turboprop engines.

It is anticipated that the RFP will be released on or around 27 April 2022. The RFP will be posted to the beta.SAM webpage. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE PROVIDED. The technical data required to respond to the RFP may be obtained at the same website. All vendors are required to register.
