About this opportunity
The Department of the Army, through the Cyber Fusion Innovation Center (CFIC) in collaboration with U.S. Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) and Army Cyber Technology and Innovation Center (ArCTIC), invites qualified industry partners to submit whitepapers by August 13, 2026 for development of an Agentic C2 Framework tool (ECHOTRIBBLE) designed to autonomously navigate digital infrastructures, identify threats, and neutralize identified targets.
The prototype must implement a modular, autonomous agent capable of navigation, environmental observation, and anomaly detection across digital environments. The solution will improve operational consistency across lines of effort that currently require manual or AI-assisted processes. Interested contractors should submit whitepapers demonstrating capability to develop this solution. An assessment event is scheduled for October 6–8, 2026. The solicitation number is W519TC-26-AE-ECHO, designated as Engineering Services (NAICS 541330). No set-aside applies. Additional submission requirements and evaluation criteria are contained in the attached release document.
