Key requirements include providing a project manager with minimum two years of healthcare facility installation experience, coordinating with the VA Interior Designer, completing installation within specified duty hours (7:00 AM to 2:30 PM), and delivering vehicles no larger than 26 feet with lift gate capability, as the facility has no loading dock. Contractors must provide comprehensive deliverables including separate labor and installation pricing, product literature, manufacturer specifications, finish samples, warranty documentation, and a self-certifying statement confirming capability to meet the project deadline.
