The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price arrangement with NET 30 payment terms, covering three line items: the 12-month bucket truck rental, delivery to Dyess AFB, and pickup from the base upon contract completion. The rental period spans 365 days, though the government reserves the right to terminate early with 30 days' notice. All work will be performed at Dyess Air Force Base in Abilene, Texas, with the contractor responsible for providing current registration, insurance, and ensuring all personnel comply with base security protocols and COVID-19 health procedures.
