About this file

This document is a Contract Amendment (Amendment Number 7) for a Site Licensing Agreement between the State of North Dakota and XAP Corporation. The contract involves multiple state agencies, including the State Procurement Office, Department of Public Instruction, Bank of North Dakota, and Department of Career and Technical Education. The amendment was executed in April 2020, with signatures from representatives of XAP Corporation and various North Dakota state entities.

The amendment extends the existing contract for Site Licensing Agreement for Bridges Transitions Subscription Services (State Contract 416) for an additional one-year term, changing the expiration date to June 30, 2021. The original contract included three potential one-year renewal options, with one renewal option already utilized and one remaining. All other terms of the original contract remain in effect, and the amendment specifies that it is not effective until fully executed by all parties. The contract appears to be for subscription-based services, though specific details about the exact nature of these services are not elaborated in the amendment document.
