About this file

This is a Worker Protection and Investment Certification Form (BOP 2201) associated with Pennsylvania's procurement for FCS Tricorr Correlator equipment. The form serves as a certification document required for bidders participating in state and local contract opportunities in Pennsylvania. The procurement is designated as a no-substitution procurement for the FCS Tricorr Touch Pro Correlator Complete, which includes two tethers, a headset, di-electric grease, and a 10-pin cap. This certification form must be completed and submitted by bidders to ensure compliance with worker protection and investment requirements established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

The BOP 2201 form functions as a compliance verification document that bidders must execute as part of their proposal submission. Completion and certification of this form is typically mandatory for contract award consideration and demonstrates the bidder's commitment to meeting all applicable worker protection standards and investment obligations. Specific details regarding pricing, set-asides, or funding sources would be contained in the associated solicitation documents rather than this certification form, which is primarily administrative in nature and focuses on regulatory compliance and attestation requirements.
