SECTION SF 30 - BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE
The following have been added by full text:
AMENDMENT 0001 Q&A
A. The purpose of this amendment is to answer the questions from a vendor as shown below:
Question 1. With what contents do we need to fill the Service Performance Certificate? contract amount? tons of machines that we handled? area?
Usually, when we hand in the service performance certificate to Korean government or public office for the evaluation, contract amount and square measure are written on the certificate. Of course the building name, service duration and basic information is included.
We already have a certificate with contract amount and the square measures but if you need other information, we will have to request for the certificate to government officials in advance so we can prepare for the proposal.
Response 1. Please use a "Service Performance Certificate (기술용역이행 실적증명서) form.
Question 2. Moreover, do you need tax invoices even though this performance is a finished contract with ROK government?
Response 2. Yes, as indicated in Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to the offerors(s) - Commercial Items (Jan 2017), Paragraph 3, (a), sub-factor 1 Prime Contractor's Prior Experience, (6).
B. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
