SUMMARY OF CHANGES

SECTION SF 30 - BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE

The following have been added by full text:

2ND SET QUESTION AND ANSWERS

2nd Set of Questions and Answers

1. In the CLIN breakout section of the SF 1449, the Unit is listed as 'Job'. We are accustomed to entering a 'Monthly' figure in the 'Unit Price' section. Can you please clarify what amount you would like in the 'Unit Price' block, based upon a Unit of 'Job'?

Answer: The Period of Performance (POP-Ref page 12 of 74 of solicitation) for each CLIN is 12 months as stated in the solicitation therefore all I need is the total price for the complete 12 months in the NET AMT Block of the

CLIN.

2. In order to help us properly price this effort, can you please inform me as to whether the Supply Technicians work primarily in an office or warehouse environment?

Answer: The Supply Technicians work primarily in a warehouse environment.

3. Is this contract re-competed on an annual basis, and is there a possibility that this contract will be extended beyond the one year base period?

Answer: The requirement we have and solicited for is for one year and that is all the customer needs at this time. Whether an extension beyond one year or a new contract for the same services is needed after this Period of Performance is up to the customer and the needs of the organization.

4. If this contract is re-competed next year, is there a possibility that it will be issued on the PASS IDIQ again?

Answer: The previous PASS IDIQ which these services were procured on has expired. Whether a new PASS IDIQ will be available to procure these services under is unpredictable. I am not aware of a new one at this time.

5. Under CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0002 should the QUANTITY be 12 months?

Answer: CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0002 Period of Performance (POP-Ref page 12 of 74 of solicitation) for each CLIN is 12 months - 5 May 2017 - 4 May 2018.

6. Are there any special PPE required? I.e. steel toe shoes, eye protection, etc.

Answer: Yes, steel toes shoes are required and eye protection is required in certain areas but BOTH of these items are provided by the government to the contractor on site.

W912PQ-17-Q-0005

7. Reference PWS Paragraph 2.1: The paragraph states “Contractor shall provide receipt and delivery of supplies and equipment to mobilizing and demobilizing troops at USPFO Warehouse, Watervliet, NY.” Does the Government provide a vehicle or MHE, if needed, to support the receipt and delivery of supplies and equipment?

Answer: Yes, we provide the resources necessary to complete the mission.

8. Reference PWS Paragraph 2.1: The paragraph states “Contractor shall provide receipt and delivery of supplies and equipment to mobilizing and demobilizing troops at USPFO Warehouse, Watervliet, NY.” Does the Government provide fuel and maintenance if a vehicle or MHE is provided to support the receipt and delivery of supplies and equipment?

Answer: Yes, we provide the resources necessary to complete the mission.

9. CLIN 0003, and since you state "No Quote Required", do I simply put "Not Separately Priced (NSP)" for that line item?

Answer: CLIN 0003 is designated as the Travel CLIN and funds are exclusively set aside for travel expenses only, if needed during the life of the contract. All contractor travel costs will be billed to the government at cost rate same or lower than federal government travel cost. The total funds that will be placed on this CLIN 0003, Not to Exceed (NTE) amount is $20,000.00 If a vendor will be charging any General and Administrative (G&A) or Profit cost onto the travel expenses this percentage must be identified on CLIN 0003. If no additional charges will be added onto the travel funds set aside for travel expenses only then place "0" zero on CLIN 0003 Net Amt line of solicitation.

Example of (G&A and profit) cost placed on CLIN 0003 - 3 % as being charged by a vendor. Therefore .03 X $20,000.00 = $600.00 - this amount will be added onto the total amount of vendor quote total contract bid price.
