SECTION M - EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD
The following have been modified:
EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD
1. Basis for Award.
Award will be made to the low, responsible offeror who submits an offer in full compliance with the requirements of the Request for Quotations.
2. Factors to be evaluated.
(a) Factor – Price.
(i) Evaluated price will equal total of amounts of all offer’s Contract Line Items (CLINs).
(ii) All extended prices in Section B will be totaled and be evaluated for price reasonableness.
(iii) All extensions of the unit price shown in the Schedule will be subject to verification by the
Government. In case of variation between the unit price and the extension, the unit price will be considered to be the offer and the total recomputed accordingly. If the offeror provides a total amount for a contract line item, but fails to enter the unit price, the amount divided by the specified quantity will be held to be the intended unit price.
ALL OR NONE AWARD
Only one contract will be awarded from this Request for Quotations (RFQ). Award will be made on an all or none basis. Quotations for less than all of the solicited work will be rejected as nonconforming/non-responsive.
