SYNOPSIS

Add-Repair Multiple Cooling Systems Base Wide at Berry Field Air National Guard Base, TN. W912L7-18-B-5007
The estimated cost range -$250,000 and $500,000.
A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded.
Award is set aside for small businesses (NAICS – 238220)
Small Business Size Standard is $15 Million
The contract will be awarded based on lowest price.

WHAT IS THE CONTRACT PERIOD

Construction period is 45 calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed

BID PACKAGE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 00010 NOTES, NOTE 11

Offer, Standard Form (SF) 1442 front and back signed Section 00010 Line Items- all items must be priced A valid Bid Bond. Standard Form 24. Section 0700 – Clause 52.228-1.

Section 00600, Representations and Certifications, completed and return only additional certifications found in this section In addition, the offeror must have entered current and complete data within the past year in Online Representations and Certifications at https://www.sam.gov see 52.204-8 in solicitation ALERT: If you are registering a new entity in SAM.gov, you must provide an original, signed notarized letter stating that you are the authorized Entity Administrator before your registration will be activated.

BID PACKAGE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 00010 NOTES, NOTE 11 - Continued When completing the “Offeror” portion of the SF 1442 (Blocks 14 – 20), an official having the authority to contractually bind the company must sign the SF 1442 in accordance with FAR 4.102. One copy of the SF1442 is required to have an original signature. Section 00010 Line Items- all items must be priced All amendments to the solicitation must be acknowledged.

Mark the front of the envelope with the following: “BID No. W912L7-18-B-5001” and the Name and Address of Bidder. See Block 13A of SF 1442 for required number of copies.

BID PACKAGE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 00010 NOTES, NOTE 11 - Continued ALL ITEMS ON THE PREVIOUS SLIDES ARE IN THE SOLICITATION INSTRUCTIONS. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER TO MAKE SURE THAT THEIR BID CONFORMS TO THE SOLICITATION.

Contractor must submit information listed in Section 00100 Notes, paragraph 4.2 in order to gain access to installation for dropping off bids. Delivery must allow for vehicle inspection time at gate. MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 6 August 2018 Wage determination TN180084, Mod 0, Dated 6/15/2018, Building is applicable
