All project examples are to have been completed within five (5) years of the solicitation issue date. For a multi-year contract with option years, the base year must be 100% complete at the time of the submission.

Where the word “relevant” appears, it is understood to mean a single project that is similar in terms of scope (dollar value, size, project type, complexity) to the work described in this solicitation. The description of work is found in the Statement of Work.
Projects performed on a Department of Defense (DoD) facility may be given a higher relevancy rating when compared to a non-DoD, commercial or private sector facility.
The experience of the Offeror’s principal officers, key employees, related companies, such as a parent company, affiliate or subsidiary, or its various subdivisions will not be considered the past performance of the Offeror.
Past Performance Acceptable/Unacceptable Rating Scheme. Based on the assessment of acceptability, Factor 2 will receive a Past Performance Acceptable/Unacceptable Rating to reflect whether the proposal meets or does not meet the solicitation requirements of that factor.
