Question No. 1: Please confirm the following regarding the existing roofing system:
System Manufacturer, System Warranty POC.
Answer No. 1: The existing roofing products were supplied by Firestone Building Products Company, LLC, FEBCO Warranty BG1001.
Question No. 2: Detail 1/15 indicates that new added 1/2" plates are to be field welded to the top and bottom flanges of existing 12WF27 beam. Please confirm if the new 1/2" plates are to extend the full length of the existing
12W27 beam.
Answer No. 2: Yes. The ½-inch thick plates are to extend the full length of the existing 12WF27 beam. See notes added to drawing under Amendment 2.
Question No. 3: Detail 1/15 on plate 16 is indicated at section A on the right side at 3 places. Does detail 1/15 also apply on the left side of section 1/15 OR more generally do all of the details shown on the right side of section A on plan 16 also apply on the left side unless they are shown at section B?
Answer No. 3: Detail 1/15 applies to the 12WF27 on both sides of the elevator shaft, as shown on Second Floor
