(4) Two sets of all repairable pillow block bearings and mounted bearing oil seals for hoists and wheel assemblies.

(5) Two main hoist drum bearings.

(6) One spare gearmotor for each type used.

(7) Two couplings for each type used.

(8) Ten replacement filter elements of each type of air filter and oil filter used.

(9) Five cartridges for desiccant air dryer.

(10) One complete length of main hoist wire rope. Must be sufficient length to completely replace the full length of wire rope for one main hoist.

(11) One spare gantry truck assembly. This includes one fully assembled drive truck assembly with all associated drive machinery (gearmotor with brake, torque-arm, external speed reducer), one idler truck assembly, one equalizer beam, and all associated hardware and equalizer pins necessary to assemble the drive truck/idler truck/equalizer. If the gantry drive truck design installed on the crane is configured as left- and right-hand, as shown in the contract drawings, then provide parts and detailed instructions for Government personnel to switch the drive machinery from left to right-hand and vice versa. Design the mounting details for the torque-arm, speed reducer attachment, and drive wheel axle assembly to be reconfigured for left and right-hand configuration. If mounting surfaces are required to be drilled/tapped this must be pre-drilled for each configuration.

Provide weld tabs and weld procedures if welding is required for assembly. The gearmotor furnished with the spare gantry truck assembly is in addition to the spare gearmotor of each type used specified in item (6) of paragraph 1.10.a. Before the Government accepts the spare gantry truck assembly the Contractor must demonstrate assembling the spare gantry truck assembly, configuring for right and left-hand drive design, then disassemble and prepare the spare gantry truck assembly for long term storage. The spare gantry truck assembly must be packaged into a crate(s) for long term storage; with crate dimensions not to exceed 8 ft. x 10 ft. in order to fit through powerhouse hatch openings.

(12) One spare removable gantry jacking pad.

b. In addition to the above, provide any spare parts not included in the above list but recommended by equipment manufacturers.

c. Deliver spare parts with documentation to facilitate entry into existing government warehouse system. This documentation must include a spreadsheet (in a digital, editable Microsoft Office document as well as a hard copy format) containing each part provided. At a minimum, columns must list part name, part number, list price, manufacturer name, phone, and address.
