Answers

1. The maximum distance of the project is approximately seven miles. Government does not specify the miles driven for the contract services.

2. The distance between sites varies and also varies within the areas due to water levels.

3. XXX4AB & AC refer to the number of sites to be serviced. Section 10.10 refers to the number of sites serviced in the winter vs. in the summer seasons. A campsite may be a "tent" or trailer sites varying in size; generally with a table, grill and lantern hanger and may or may not have a shelter.

4. Generally speaking, one per site.

5. Government considers the receptacle liner as a supply or material provided by the contractor.

6. The number of cans varies throughout the year.

7. There are six long term volunteer sites, but nothing available for the contractor.

8. All Litter From means all litter from the areas. Parks would deal with this as it arose.

9. No

10. Park Personnel, most importantly Contracting Officer Representative (COR)

11. Weather is not generally such that the service cannot be performed. In the event that the weather prevented the contractor from performing the duties the service would be performed on the next service day and the Contractor will not be paid for the work not performed (13.1).
