About this file

This is a Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) document for grounds maintenance services at NE024 in Elkhorn, NE, outlining performance objectives, standards, and incentives/disincentives. The PRS establishes requirements for contractor ID badges, restrictions on herbicide use, and service ticket documentation for various grounds maintenance activities including general services, spring cleanup, fall cleanup, and initial cleanup. Each service performed requires detailed documentation with signatures from both contractor POC and COR/DR, though signatures only verify presence on site rather than acceptance of work.

The associated solicitation W911SA25QA090 will be issued March 4, 2025, for grounds maintenance services at 9750 North 204th St, Elkhorn, NE. The period of performance is April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026, with four 12-month option years. Quotes must be emailed to Leslie.A.Koenig2.civ@army.mil and include a signed SF 1449, completed price schedule, and other required documentation. Questions are due by March 12, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. CDT, and no site visit is scheduled. The contract will be administered by the Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort McCoy.
