7.2. Technical Exhibit 2: Deliverables Schedule

1. Quality Control Plan (QCP) 1.6.4.

The contractor shall provide a written copy of the QCP via e-mail to the KO and COR within 30 calendar days after contract award. Any changes to the QCP shall be submitted via e-mail to the KO and COR within five (5) working days.

2. Project Manager and Alternate Information 1.6.8.

Within seven (7) working days from contract award the names and contact information for the Project Manager and an Alternate shall be delivered via e-mail to the KO.

3. Anti-Terrorism Level I Training 1.6.11.1.

AT Level I Training: All Contractor employees, to include subcontractor employees, requiring access Army installations, facilities and controlled access areas shall complete AT Level I awareness training within 14 calendar days after contract start date or effective date of incorporation of this requirement into the contract, whichever is applicable. The contractor shall submit certificates of completion for each affected contractor employee and subcontractor employee, to the COR or to the contracting officer, if a COR is not assigned, within seven (7) calendar days after completion of training by all employees and subcontractor personnel. AT level I awareness training is available at the following website: http://jko.jten.mil.

4. Employees 1.6.11.2.

Within seven (7) calendar days of contract award, the Contractor shall also provide to the COR all information required for background checks to meet installation access requirements to be accomplished by installation Directorate of Emergency Services.

5. Safety Data Sheets 1.9.

The Contractor shall provide the COR a copy of all chemical Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product labels for the products being applied 10 business days in advance of when the Contractor plans to begin work.

6. Access Roster 1.11.1 The Contractor shall provide the COR and DES an access roster listing all employees performing work under the contract within seven (7) calendar days from award.

7. Service Delivery Plan 4.2.

A copy of the Service Delivery Plan shall be submitted to the KO and COR via e-mail within 30 calendar days after the date of contract award.
