Questions and Answers - Industry Day
QuestionsResponsesAdditional Input
1. The FBO announcement indicated there were steps between each SCA category. We understand an SCA rate table will be provided for offerors to use, however these steps between categories are of course not included in the SCA table.

To ensure offerors accurately price the steps between SCA categories, will the Government provide the required unloaded / base labor rates to use for the steps for all labor categories?

In 2005 steps were established by the COR and KO at the time. A copy of these steps are Tech IB - $24.32 per hour, Tech IIB - $27.29 per hour, Tech IIIB - $30.54 per hour, Tech IIID $32.40 per hour. The technical POC has no issues if the current KO wants to share these with Industry or if the KO wants to allow Industry to propose new steps. Either way is fine with the customer.
