1. Pg. 12, Section 00100, (1) states, “The contractor shall provide documentation to support that it possesses the qualifications to, or can acquire assets to, demonstrate journeyman (or master license) qualifications in the following trades:” however, no trades are listed. What certifications and trainings are specifically being requested?

A: This paragraph will be deleted, not required

2. Pg.12, Section 00100, Submission of Bids paragraph states, “…the priced bid shall be supported by a draft progress schedule that demonstrates the Offeror’s understanding of the work requirements, phasing of work between locations (per contract requirement), and estimated time frames for ordering and installing equipment.” Is there a specific task order example that you would like us to provide a schedule for?

A: Not required

3. The SF 1442 states the estimated magnitude of this project is between $5M and $10M. Can you please confirm the maximum value of the contract?

A: The Government's estimated cost will not be disclose.

4. Section 00100 – Instructions for Submittal are included. Could you also provide Section M – Evaluating Criteria to demonstrate how the requirements listed in Section 00100 will be evaluated?

A: This is a public bid opening, therefore, Section M - Evaluating Criteria is not applicable to this contract type.

5. The SF 1442 states this acquisition is 100% set aside for HUBZone 8(a) Small Business Concerns only. Is this a HUBZone or 8(a) set aside?

A: The solicitation was amended to corrects the set aside to read 100% HUBZone.

6. Pg. 7, Section 3.7 – Contractor Requirements states, “The contractor shall provide proof of being in the business of demolition as a prime contractor for a minimum of 10 years. The Contractor’s Project Manager, Superintendent, and Quality Control Manager shall each have a minimum of ten years of experience in demolition.” However, there is no reference for resumes listed in Section 00100; would you like us to include resumes to demonstrate the experience of the Key Personnel?

A: Yes

7. It was mentioned during the site visit that we do not have to submit a copy of the proposal in addition to the original. Please confirm that we do not have to submit 1 copy of the proposal along with the original as indicated in Section 13A of the SF 1442.

A: One copy of the original sealed offer is required.

8. Will there be a mobilization/demobilization line item added to the Bid Schedule?

A: No line items will be added. The cost of mobilization and demobilization shall be included in the cost of each line item.

9. Please provide the number of mobilizations (task orders) that will be required in the base year, option year 1 and option year 2?

A: We have no idea how many projects will be funded per year but we will use the open-end contract for all demoes on base.

10. How will the work be distributed, i.e. item 100 represents 50,000 square feet of One Story Wooden Structures, how much of that will be let/released during a single mobilization?

A: Once the project is awarded the drawings will specify when a building can be demoed. The buildings are demoed according to when the occupants are out. For example building 100 will be demoed in quarter 1 building 420 will be demoed quarter 3. Some projects will be to demo one building and some projects will be to demo 40 or more buildings on a single task order.
