About this file
This draft request for proposal describes requirements for contractor support of the Medical Operational Data System (MODS). The U.S. Army Medical Command is seeking market research and commercial insight to analyze requirements and performance-based solutions for the MODS, a government-owned, contractor-operated information system in sustainment. The attached performance work statement outlines roles for life cycle management tasks including program management, system operations, service desk support, and labor categories for software, hardware, training, and presentation tasks. Interested parties are requested to provide feedback on the draft RFP by January 22, 2018 to inform future requirements.
