Q1. After review of the solicitation documents, Contractor suggests an amendment to update Atch 2. It is of our opinion that the parts list without part numbers will create a vulnerability for the government potentially receiving incompatible parts with the ICIDS system. In addition, Contractor suggests several additional items be added to said list.

A1. The Government has reviewed the contractor request and has decided to not change Atch 2. Reference Sole Source Justification and Approval document (Atch 7) posted with the solicitation limiting contract award to authorized DAQ Electronics Value Added Resellers (VARs) and Solicitation Addendum, Page 3, #2 “Counterfeit, aftermarket or grey market items for necessary supplies will not be accepted.”
