5/13/2022 4 SOW, Pg 3, Para 2

In the base bid note 2, it calls for a 240V disconnect.

Which is single phase. Note 2,b, calls for a 50A 2-pole 240V breaker to feed the 240V disconnect. The power that is available is 120/208V 3-phase. Is this feed supposed to be 208V single phase?

Contractor should expect to provide transformer to feed the required 240V disconnect.

5/13/2022 5 SOW, Pg 5, Para 6, Bid Option 2

In bid option #2, It calls out to feed a new 200A panel from an existing 75kva transformer. During the walk through this transformer was already feeding another 200A panel. There is not enough power to feed another 200A panel from this transformer. Where is another option to feed this panel?

Bid Option 2 is no longer required.

5/13/2022 6 SOW, Pg 3, Para 1 Are we responsible for demo and disposal of the existing generator?

Reference note in SOW. The government will disconnect and remove the existing generator.

5/13/2022 7 SOW, Pg 5, Para 7, Bid Option 3 In bid option #3 it calls for us to install a new 100a 120V 8 space subpanel. Where will this panel be fed from?

There is a junction box ~5 feet from the new panel location.

That junction box has existing 4" conduit running to a transformer on the SW side of the building. The expected run to that transformer should not exceed 100 feet

5/13/2022 8 Automatic Transfer Switch Do you have a data sheet for the automatic transfer switch that is going to be installed prior to the generator installation.

Yes, please see the attached data sheet for the OTEC1200 transfer switch.
