About this file
This document is a combined synopsis and solicitation for hosting a Yellow Ribbon Event from the Department of the Army National Guard. The solicitation seeks quotes for conference space, meals, lodging, childcare, and additional support items to host approximately 500 military attendees and their families for a one-day event on March 9, 2024 with an additional preparation day. Vendors are to submit separate quotes for each portion, and discounts may be offered for awarding all portions under one contract. The selected offeror must comply with standard FAR clauses on small business subcontracting, trafficking in persons, and cybersecurity.
