About this file

This document is an amendment providing answers to vendor questions for RFP 190000001036 issued by the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA). The solicitation concerns the procurement of commodities that are routinely purchased for DMVA customers, though this represents a new contract requirement rather than a renewal of an existing agreement. The RFP contains detailed specifications for shoulder cords (plain with no tips) and mounting bars (black with 1/8" spacing). Vendors were required to submit questions in a specified written format with an April 4, 2019 deadline, with additional information available on pages 1 and 2 of the RFP.

No additional information regarding pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding sources, or contract duration is provided in this vendor question response document.
